Shipping Information
Where We Ship

We deliver nationwide across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
We also ship to the UK and EU on a case-by-case basis. For international deliveries, please contact us at info@evansed.ie with your order details. We’ll provide a custom shipping quote based on destination, size, and type of goods.

Delivery Charges

Greater Dublin Area (Evans Van):

€6 per delivery

Free delivery on orders over €50 (ex. VAT)




Nationwide (via DPD):

€7.50 per parcel

Free delivery on orders over €400 (ex. VAT)




Group Orders (e.g., school groups):

We consolidate multiple orders and base delivery fees on the combined value, not individual orders.




Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch most orders within 3–5 working days year-round.
However, during the Back to School (BTS) period – July to September
, delivery times may vary. We prioritise orders placed in June and July (which avail of BTS discounts) for delivery by late August or early September.
That said, we still strive to turn around all other BTS-period orders as quickly as possible — and your delivery won’t be far behind.

We’ll notify you once your order is ready. Please do not arrive for collection until you've received confirmation.

International Deliveries

For orders outside Ireland, shipping is calculated case-by-case. Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or taxes that may apply in their country.


Returns & Exchanges

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund — and cover all return shipping costs where applicable.

Change of Mind / Ordered in Error

If you wish to return an item due to change of mind or if it was ordered in error, we accept returns within 30 days, provided the items are: Unopene, and in original, resalable condition

In these cases:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We will issue store credit or an exchange to the same value.

Refunds are not offered for non-faulty returns.


Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on the following items unless faulty: Books, Sale or Clearance items

All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until received back at our premises. Please ensure items are packaged securely.

Refund Processing

For faulty items eligible for refund, we usually process the refund on the same day we receive the returned goods. The exact timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Additional Terms
All prices on our website include VAT, as required under Irish law.
